PRODUCTS
AnDAPT On-Demand Power Management Solutions include the Adaptive Multi-Rail Power (AmP™) platform IC family, WebAmP cloud-based software tools and proven AmP Power Components. Users can now, on-demand, select and integrate application targeted, power components on an AmP Platform. These software-based power components replace traditional expensive catalog parts. Target applications include enterprise, data center, networking and telecom.
TECHNOLOGY
AnDAPT has pioneered a new genre of adaptive analog technology that combines digital programmable fabric with µAnalog power building blocks, to enable full functionality power rails on-demand. This technology combines the proven proficiency of analog power, along with FPGA flexibility, enabling integration of heterogeneous rails, optimization for user applications and the ability to monitor, control and manage power.
Bill McLean has over 40 years experience in semiconductors. Previously Bill was CEO at Peraso, Ozmo, GloNav, and Anadigm and was Chairman at Firecomms. He holds a BSEE from Christian Brothers University.
Tom Chan is a co-founder of the company. He has over 40 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Previously Tom was at SiliconBlue/Lattice, AMD and Sun Micro(Oracle). He holds an MSEE from the University of California Berkeley and a BSEE from Cal Poly State University.
Dr. Giovanni Garcea is responsible for development of power components and applications. Previously he was at Qualcomm, Volterra, and Summit. Dr. Garcea holds a Doctorate in Information Technologies Engineering and a "Laurea" degree (B.S. and M.S.) in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy.
Donghui Li is responsible for Software Development, including Web Technologies. Previously, he was with Lattice and SiliconBlue. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
Anton Bakker is responsible for the company’s platform design & development. Previously, he was at MPS, Analog Devices, and NXP. Anton holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Delft University.
Kapil is the Founder of the Company. He is with Xilinx as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Core Market. He has over 20 years of experience in semiconductors and programmable logic. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of SiliconBlue Technologies, Inc., an FPGA company. He has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NY.
George Pavlov served as a General Partner at Tallwood Venture Capital from July 2000 until October 2015. Previous financial and sales management positions include eTime Capital, Mayfield, Blum Capital Partners, NeXT Computer, Audience Inc. Calypto Design Services, Ikanos, and Quintic Corporation. George holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Boston College.
Rich Sevcik currently serves as President of Sevcik Consulting, providing consulting services to semiconductor companies. Board of Directors positions include currently Liquidmetal Technologies, previously SiliconBlue Technologies, and Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Limited. Previous management positions include Xilinx and Hewlett Packard. Rich received his B.S. in Engineering Physics from the University of Illinois and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University.
Brian Long is founder and Managing Partner of Atlantic Bridge Ventures. He was founder and CEO of Parthus-CEVA technologies 1993 - 2003 which he took public (IPO) on Nasdaq and London Stock Markets (Nasdaq: CEVX) . He was founder and Chairman of GloNav Inc which developed the first single chip GPS solutions used on Galaxy mobile phones (Acquired by NXP). Brian has a Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.
