Cookies

1. Scope and Content

This Cookie Policy is part of the AnDAPT, LLC 25/28 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, D01 H104 Ireland Privacy Policy. It explains how cookies and other tracking technologies (e.g., pixels, tags, IP address tracking) (collectively, “cookies”) are used on AnDAPT, LLC websites, online services, tools, and mobile applications (collectively, “sites”), and how you can manage their use.

AnDAPT, LLC may deliver additional notices or other information to you regarding cookies and other tracking technologies. You are encouraged to carefully review such additional notices and information and the Privacy Policy. By using AnDAPT, LLC sites, you agree to the use of cookies as described in this Cookie Policy.

2. What are Cookies?

Cookies are typically small text files that websites place on your computer’s hard drive when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website owners to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information. We use cookies on AnDAPT, LLC sites, including first party and third party cookies. If your browser is set to accept cookies, then your browser adds the text in a small file.

A “first party cookie” is one set by the website owner. The word “party” refers to the domain that places and controls the cookie. For purposes of this Cookie Policy, AnDAPT, LLC cookies are first party cookies.

“Third party cookies” are set by third parties and enable third party features or functionality to be provided on or through AnDAPT, LLC sites (e.g., advertising, videos, and website analytics services). The parties that set these third party cookies can recognize your device when it visits AnDAPT, LLC sites and as well as when it visits certain other websites.

3. How long do Cookies last?

The length of time a cookie will stay on your computer varies. AnDAPT, LLC sites use the following types of cookies:
“Session cookies” exist only during your web browsing session and are deleted automatically when you close your browser.

“Permanent cookies” or “persistent cookies” survive after your browser is closed and can be used by websites to recognize your computer when you later re-open your browser and browse the Internet again.

4. How does AnDAPT, LLC use Cookies?

AnDAPT, LLC sites use the following types of cookies:

Strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are necessary for the operation of AnDAPT, LLC sites (e.g., to track what items you have placed into your cart on the AnDAPT, LLC Store).

Analytics/performance cookies. These cookies allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors on AnDAPT, LLC sites and see how visitors navigate AnDAPT, LLC sites. This helps us improve the way AnDAPT, LLC sites work (e.g., by making it easier for you to find information on the site). For example, AnDAPT, LLC uses analytics cookies from Google Analytics.

Functionality cookies. We use these cookies to remind us of who you are and to access your activity and/or account information in order to deliver a more personalized and relevant experience on ti.com.

Advertising cookies. These cookies enable interest-based advertising on AnDAPT, LLC sites and third party websites using information you make available to us when you interact with our sites, content, or services. Interest-based ads are displayed to you based on cookies linked to your online activities, such as viewing products on our sites. We may also share this information with third parties for these purposes. We may use this information to ensure you see products of interest to you, manage the frequency with which you see an advertisement, tailor advertisements to better match your interests, and to help us understand the effectiveness of our advertising.

We use cookie technology in several ways to enhance your experience on and continuously improve our sites, these include to: remember you when you return to our sites, identify you when you sign-in, authenticate your access, keep track of your specified preferences or choices, tailor content to your preferences or geographic region, display personalized browsing history, deliver customized content on our sites and third party websites, track downloads and page views, monitor site usage, conduct research and diagnostics to improve AnDAPT’s content, products, and services, and to help us analyze web traffic in general. We may also use cookies in interactions where you request something from AnDAPT, LLC such as literature, CD ROMs, technical support, seminar registrations, and/or when you participate in a survey.

5. Other Technologies we use

We will collect your IP address when you visit AnDAPT, LLC sites. We may be able to identify where your communication originated and the organization that it is using to access AnDAPT, LLC sites.

We also work with third party companies, such as web analytics companies, advertisers, or companies working on their behalf. These companies use pixels and cookie technologies to serve the ads that appear on AnDAPT, LLC or third party websites directly to your browser, based in part on your online activity. These third parties employ cookies to measure and improve the effectiveness of advertisements for their clients, including us. To do so, these companies may use information about your visits to our sites and other websites. This information can also be used for online preference marketing purposes, including providing relevant advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. AnDAPT, LLC does not have access to or control over cookies or other features that advertisers and third party websites may use, and the information practices of these advertisers and third party websites would be covered by their policies.

6. How to control Cookies

You can control cookies via your internet browser settings. The “Help” feature on most browsers will explain how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Because cookies allow you to take advantage of many of AnDAPT’s online features, consider leaving them turned on. For example, if you disable cookies, you will not be able to view personalized browsing history on an activity bar on AnDAPT’s sites. If you disable cookies, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

You can also delete cookies via your internet browser settings. This will delete all of the information associated with that cookie – which means, for AnDAPT, LLC sites, e.g. that you will not be recognized on your next visit and will have to re-enter any information previously provided.

Another option for cookie control is a browser plug-in, which is a piece of software that can enable additional capabilities to your browser.

Some web browsers may let you enable a “do not track” feature that sends signals to the websites you visit, indicating that you do not want your online activities tracked. This is different than blocking or deleting cookies, as browsers with a “do not track” feature enabled may still accept cookies. While AnDAPT, LLC sites at this time do not recognize automated browser signals regarding tracking mechanisms, such as “do not track” instructions, you can generally express your privacy preferences regarding the use of most cookies and similar technologies though your web browser.
